Rough crushing & fine crushing

Rocks are transported to jaw crusher from a vibrating feeder, which is first crushing, also is rough crushing, then the crushed rocks are sent to cone crusher or impact crusher to crush again, which is second crushing, also fine crushing.

Sand making & screening

Materials after the fine crushing are sent into sand crusher to extract again, then is screened out finished products with distinguished sizes by a vibrating screen.
